When you buy a PressMojo package, you buy a bundle of services. We handle every technical detail to get you up and running with your own blog or website:

• We register the domain name of your choice,
• We set up your hosting space, configure your servers
• We install the latest version of WordPRess and configure your database
• We let you choose the premium theme of your choice (we make sure to acquire the license from the appropriate theme designer for you) and set up the theme on your blog.
• Depending on your package, we customize the design and preload content in your blog.

Typically, the setups are completed in 72h business days. However, if you already have a domain name that you want to use, you’ll have to change its DNS settings, which may add up to 48 hours.

Our payments are processed using PayPal, so you may pay with any major credit card or use your PayPal funds to make payment.

When we buy your chosen theme, we do it straight from the official theme provider. We register the theme under your name so you can get access to the theme resources and support. Most themes providers offer different kind of license, we always get the standard, single-domain one (or equivalent).

Absoultely yes. Everything is 100% yours, you are free to install as many WordPress sites as you want, or anything else on your hosting (as long as you respect the webhost’s terms and conditions).

If you choose WordPress.com (free), you limit yourself to what wordPress.com has to offer in terms of free services (very limited choice of themes and plugins, no personalized domain name, etc…). With PressMojo, you’ll get a hosted WordPress site with the benefit of a personalized domain name, personalized email, a premium theme and some installation optimization.

All our packages include an extensive online documentation as well as a selection of the best WordPress tutorials. In addition to that, each theme comes with its own support documentation and support system from the theme provider. Email support from the Mojo team is available within the first month of the order at support@thinkmojo.com. We respond to all inquiries within two business days. However, we do not include any service beyond what is specifically stated. While PressMojo will investigate and fix where required any functional problems with included themes and plugins, PressMojo is not responsible for upgrades, further customization or conflicts with other plugins outside of this installation. Yes, simply specify the domain name that you want to use (and that you already own) on the Step 3 of the process. Be aware that if you choose to use a domain name that you already own, you’ll have to update its DNS so that it  points to Hostgator servers. (You’ll receive an email with all the instruction. The process is pretty easy, don’t worry).

You sure can. Your WordPress powered-site will be installed with the premium theme you chose, but you can always decide to  install any other theme, anytime. There are tons of free WordPress themes as well as premium themes to choose from on the internet. We make sure to keep up to date with the best WordPress themes from the top themes providers. We add new themes every month, and we carefully hand-select them so we know this is top quality. However if you do not find he perfect theme for you here, or if you already have a theme that you want to use, simply contact us, and we’ll find a way to install your specific theme.

All our packages are 30-Day money-back guaranteed, so you’ve got nothing to worry about. If you don’t like your new website, just email or call us within 30 days, we’ll deactivate your website and automatically refund you the full amount of your package. No questions asked (Note that a small cancellation fee of $15 will be charge if a domain registration has been done with the package installation).

Once your website is ready, we send all of the contract information to you, including your login credentials and payment agreements for these services. Every contract is made under your name. You are full owner of your website, domain name, and web host contract and it is up to you to manage it the way you want.

The personal information you provide when placing an order is only used to complete your order. We do not share this information with anybody.
